When do I feed Royal MC?
• With intensive training, support for sport horses, and for maintaining normal muscle tension.
• It is a mineral that the body does not produce on its own but can only absorb through food. Magnesium supports the functioning of the nervous system and muscles. Relaxation after exertion is crucial for healthy muscle function.
• You administer magnesium citrate a few days before and after a competition or significant exertion. You can also give it daily as a maintenance dose.
High dosage: 50-75 grams per day (7-10 days).
